For any students starting at Carleton next fall;
The pharmacy can transfer most medications (cannot transfer narcotics) from your pharmacy back home.
We have an online form located here. Once that is completed, we will send you an e-mail when your medication is ready to be picked up.
It’s very important to remember to check your spam/junk folder for any e-mail replies.
