Before entering the pharmacy, there is now a COVID-19 checkpoint where you must answer questions and then fill out a form online before you can enter the building.
This is mandatory for all patient’s coming into the building.
Please note: the main entrance (the ramp) to the building has been locked, therefore you cannot use those doors. The only entrance is located on the side of the building beside the stairs.
